David W. Wood, D.O., graduated medical school with honors from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, CO. He completed his resiency at TUCOM Valley Hospital Family Medicine in Las Vegas, NV, and received his BS major in biology and a minor in chemistry from Albertson College of Idaho in Caldwell, ID. Dr. Wood is also a certified Department of Transportation (DOT) examiner. Dr. Wood specializes in family medicine for patients of all ages, sick visits, minor procedures, coordination of care, DOT physicals, immunizations and annual preventative wellness visits.
Dr. Wood's hobbies and interests include spending time with his wife and children, snowboarding, sports, traveling and playing piano. He is also a black belt in Sanzyru International and a licensed karate instructor.
