Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Amy Pennington says being a nurse practitioner is a fitting pursuit of a life's work for someone who loves problem-solving. Pennington graduated from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ, with her Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) and from St. Louis University in St. Louis, MO, with her Master of Science in nursing (MSN). She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Pennington is accepting new patients and her areas of experience include family health (such as sick visits), pediatric care, annual preventive wellness visits, immunizations, physicals, DOT physicals, referrals to specialists, pre-employment testing and school screenings. Additionally, Pennington helps manage chronic conditions and performs minor procedures and coordination of care.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and painting.
